Here’s growing panic in Pakistan-occupied Kashmir (PoK) over a possible Indian military strike. On Thursday, PoK’s Prime Minister Chaudhry Anwarul Haq hinted at concerns about a potential Indian action. Due to the tense security atmosphere, entry of tourists has been suspended in Neelum Valley and other sensitive areas near the Line of Control (LoC).
Religious schools have also been shut down for ten days following intelligence inputs that they might be linked to terrorist activities.
Meanwhile, the airspace over Gilgit-Baltistan remains closed, leading to the cancellation of flights between Islamabad and Gilgit-Skardu for the second consecutive day.
